The room was pretty big and had a nice sofa 👌. Also, the AC was working well, so we had everything we needed.

The hotel is fairly clean. The staff is exceptionally nice. The location is particularly good, near the Coastal Credit Union Music Park, restaurants, gas stations, and other areas.

Everything at this hip new hotel was great as we expected. The service was great, including a quick check-in. Truly enjoyed the location that was particularly good and right by eating restaurants, and downtown for better things to do before-and-after the concert. And it's not very far from Papa John's Pizza, ate there once or twice.

Fairly clean great value hotel with a clean pool and a marvellous location really close to eating restaurants and gas stations, and fast food places. Updated and new-fashioned rooms available with a comfortable bed, the bathroom and a working AC.

Under total construction...dusty, loud and shouldn't have been open during construction. Construction workers, cords, and a mess everywhere. No mention of construction was made when we booked hotel. Shower and sink didn't drain and air conditioner didn't work.

Hotel should be closed during major rennovation. it was a nightmare. We left after one night and found accomodations elsewhere. hotel should have at least informed us beforehand. my children and I were so disappointed. Really put a major damper on our trip.

King suites are spacious, good water pressure in the shower, breakfast was kept well stocked

best for the money that is nearest to family

a little hard to get into and out of due to traffic but tolerable

the duo-flush toilet the make your own waffles at breakfast. the pillows were nice.

the receptionist was not friendly. the breakfast foods were not replenished. we had no coffee, no milk, no help to be found. the bed was not comfortable.
